"Megan and Lisa give platinum service. When State Farm roadside assistance did not answer the phone for over an hour; I had to call for a tow myself. Megan made sure we were accommodated and compensated for our out of pocket cost. Even though we found equal insurance for less cost; we stayed with State Farm because of Megan and Lisa. "If I could give zero stars, I would! 😤This company brought me on saying I was going to have the same coverage with lower rates. 2 months in I get a notice saying that my license is suspended because I’m not covered for Sr-22. This company lied to me and when confronted they said that I didnt notify them. I clearly sent over my current policy for them to quote me based on what my policy had. Now I have to pay additional fees with dmv and waste time."
