ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Manager for Milt Rawles State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Willing and able to obtain a Property and Casualty license
- Willing and able to obtain a Life and Health license
